“Baby Wee-uh” (Leah)

Even though Emma is a pretty good talker now, she still replaces the sounds of several letters with other sounds, making it a little difficult to understand her. But there is no mistaking her enamoration with her new baby cousin, “Wee-uh.” My sister, Maggie, had a baby (as I’ve mentioned several times before), and I hadn’t seen her in over a week, so I took the girls up to John’s Hopkins to visit, along with my mom. Now we thought there would be no way they would let the girls in, but they did! After many hand washings on Emma’s part, she got the chance to hold her newest baby cousin. The picture of her holding Leah is eerily similar to when she held her own baby sister in the hospital.
